Potato Wedges
Ingredients:
Baking Potatoes
Oil
Salt
Pepper
Method:
- Preheat oven to 200°c/180°c Fan/Gas Mark 6. Boil a large pan of water.
- Give your potatoes a wash then cut them in half length ways then into wedges.
- Put the wedges in the pan of boiling water for 8 minutes. Drain and leave to dry for a few minutes.
- Place in a roasting tin with a good glug of oil, coat all the potatoes and season well.
- Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Serve & Enjoy!
I had the leftovers the next day covered in cheese and bacon, yum!
